Max and Dick have expanded the Draft Narrative significantly and are requesting, please, please, please, for review and comment. Also the Total Budget has been revised and is hopefully near final, pending input from some collaborators who have not yet responded - but reviewers' comments are most welcome, too. The Mai Wah is on board as a collaborator, and Bill Macgregor has reiterated his willingness to collaborate and has "signed off" on the description of his role and the budget.
