Built 1890-91 (first 2 floors) and 1896 (top 3 floors). Original owner W. J. McNamara. Upper addition was to cost $30,000 and was designed by H.M. Patterson; original lower level designed by J. C. Paulson.

Destroyed by fire in 1978.
