Review Budget

Here's what we need (I think) - can we all review my numbers - Max, especially the hours and rates for the Technology section. I wasn't sure if you viewed most of that work as you, or you + underlings, or what - I don't know how much time you have or want to devote to this, if we get it - so please look at those numbers and let me know if they are high enough, both dollars-wise and hours-wise (or if they are dramatically too high, but I assume not, at least on the $$). -Dick

Contractor Resumes

Also, it will probably fly easier if we name (and include resumes for) specific people as contractors - that way we would not have to go through official government bid processes (not required in any case for contracts under $100,000, but recommended) - so if you anticipate including others, and have names of high-powered folks to work with you, think about that.-Dick

Finish Draft Narrative

Max, can you and I (and I have not done more than a couple sentences yet) try to get the draft narrative done by the end of next week (February 16, 2007)? If we can make a draft proposal, we can send it to the NEH for preliminary review and feedback, which can only help. This has to be done a minimum of a month before deadline (March 27, 2007), so I was thinking 6 weeks before might get us quicker feedback.-Dick
