May 1892 building permit to John H. Curtis (for removal of older building); July 1892 building permit to erect building at estimated cost of $20,000 - original building was to contain a barber shop and bath with 6 tubs in corner room.
Remodeled 1895 (15 rooms on each floor, 2 bathrooms each floor).
Occupied by Gamers Bakery 1904.
